Therapy Services in Wilmington, DE
You may be seeking therapy because something in your life has shifted - a role, a relationship, your sense of who you are. I work with adults navigating life transitions, emotional complexity, and questions of meaning, connection, and identity.

My approach is thoughtful, relational, and best suited for those seeking ongoing therapy rather than quick fixes.

I offer in-person counseling in Wilmington, Delaware, as well as virtual sessions for people living in Delaware and Pennsylvania.

In-Person Sessions
My office is conveniently located in North Wilmington, easily accessible from I-95 or Silverside Road. The building is a one-story, professional complex surrounded by trees, with plenty of parking and an inviting café-style waiting area with coffee, tea, and snacks for purchase.
Teletherapy
Virtual therapy is a practical, private option for those juggling work, family, or other commitments. No commute means more time for you. Many clients appreciate the ease of logging in from home, and find they are more comfortable in a familiar environment.
Insurance & Payment
While I reserve some slots for clients using their health insurance, I am currently only accepting private pay clients. Individual sessions are 55 minutes. The intake session is billed at $200 and subsequent sessions are $180.
