About Me
I’m a licensed clinical social worker based in Wilmington, Delaware. I provide therapy for adults navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship struggles, and life transitions.

My approach is insight-oriented and evidence-based. I work with clients to explore patterns, gain clarity, and develop strategies that foster resilience, presence, and emotional well-being.

Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded, with warmth and empathy at the core. I specialize in working with adults who are thoughtful, high-functioning, and motivated to better understand themselves, even when that means stepping into discomfort or uncertainty. Many of the people I work with are professionals, caregivers, or individuals facing shifts in identity due to work, relationships, or life stage.

A BIT ABOUT DESIGNATIONS
A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) has a master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university, has completed the required number of field work hours under clinical supervision, and has earned a passing score on the national board licensing exam. The LCSW credential enables the clinician to diagnose mental health related issues, supervise associate level clinicians, and serve as an expert in their field.
